Spectra Halyard
I replaced the original polyester halyards with Spectra and then
proceeded to rip a turning block out of the mast on a Round the Island
Race. Fortunately despite having a hanked genoa, I keep a spare
polyester second halyard fitted for this kind of event, and so we could
finish the race.
